Thank you for the attached letter. After verification, it is confirmed that we need an attestation of insurance, as was required in the same case we had last
year . You then supplied us with an insurance attestation from AXA. We would require this same proof of insurance. Of course, it does not need to come from AXA. Any insurance will be accepted as long as it answers the Schengen requirements.
As a reminder the insurance attestation needs to show:
o
coverage of the cost of repatriation for medical reasons
o
coverage of the costs of urgent medical attention and / or emergency hospital treatment
o
coverage of the costs of death
o
minimum coverage of € 30,000
o
validity for all Schengen countries
o
confirmation that the insurance company has a partner in Europe
