My name is MAJ Ido Soceanu, I'm the Head of the Inernational Fellowship and International Relations Desk of the Israel National Defense College.

As part of his current studies at the INDC, and as part of the yearly curriculum of the college, Air Commodore Hardeep Bains is planned to visit the European Union on March 18th, in about two weeks from today.

For this purpose, we need to arrange a visa for him, and would appriciate your assistance with speeding up the process.
Would it be possible to arrange a meeting at the embassy tomorrow? We would, of course, join Air Commodore Bains and assist in any way possible.
