Betreff: Invitation to the Israel National Defense College
Dear H.E Ambassador Dr. von Goetze,
Good morning,
My name is CPT (P) Ido Soceanu and I am the Head of the International Fellowship and Cooperation Desk at the Israel National Defense College and IDF colleges.
The National Defense College serves as the top training program for senior officials. The course students are comprised of high ranking officials from the public and defense sector of Israel including senior military officials from the IDF as well as international officers (from the United States, Germany, Italy etc.) and teaches national defense and strategic studies.
As part of the course we will be traveling to EU HQ and NATO HQ during the month of March in order to learn about these institutions. We will also be visiting Berlin in order to learn more about Germany and its role in the global economy, politics and security.
We were hoping the have the opportunity to host you at the INDC and to have you speak to the students on the role Germany playes in the International arena in general and the EU and NATO in particular.
If possible, we would like to have you come for the talk on March 15th between 15:00-16:00 if it is of convenience to you.
