Benzi,

                I’m sure you’ve heard this a few times already, but thank you for helping us get our people and equipment back to Germany.

 

                I’ll be your primary POC and will get you any information you need to successfully accomplish your mission to Ramstein.  To begin with, we need some information from you in order to submit a PPR.  Can you please let me know your mission details to include timelines, Callsigns, estimated pax/cargo loads to include any hazardous goods or equipment, and which tail will be carrying US General Officers?

 

                Over the next few hours, we will send you airfield diagrams and US Military approach plates, and indicate any operating limitations you can expect at Ramstein.  In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions I can help you with.
