Dear Alex.
I'm glad to help.
We will meet on Sunday at the site and I receive answers to all questions.
I'll be in the Hatzor at 11:00

Ramy,

I’d like to establish the final arrangements for the ACSA for JC20. With the Exception of the SeaBee’s, the vast majority of US Forces will depart Site 61 on the final C-17 on Sunday 8 March.  I’d like to close all of the services on Monday 9 March for Site 61. Specifically:

1.      Please return all 5 of the generators plus the spare.  Please let me know what I need to do with the remaining fuel in the tanks.

2.      Please Collapse the Mayoral Tent and the RT3 Tent on the South Pad. I will ensure they are cleaned out by Close of business on Sunday.

3.      Please keep the Meal service starting on Monday 9 March at 50 meals per day until the dinner on 23 March.  The SeaBee Food contract should then pick back up on 24 March for the DFAC

4.      Please return all the light carts on 9 March.

5.      The final Trash removal should be immediately following 11 March.  This will enable my team to dispose of all of the refuse in the buildings.

On Monday or Tuesday I’ll coordinate with the SeaBee’s to consolidate all the water on the site and in the warehouse, into Building L so that they can have access to it throughout the year.  I will most likely dispose of all the water which is dated prior to March 2020.  Let me know if you know of a preferred method of disposing of it beyond pouring it out and placing the bottles in the recyle bins.

There is one caveat to this final coordination.  If there is a delay to any aircraft, I will let you know as soon as possible and inform you of any necessary changes to the above requirements.  Again as soon as I know you will know.

Also, can we schedule a final reconciliation of the ACSA at the DFAC on Monday 9 March or Tuesday 10 March.  I’m sure that Mr Huff would like to be there as well. I’m totally flexible on the time.

Thanks for all of the excellent support for the exercise.  Even though it was cut short, the US achieved many valuable training objectives, largely due to your outstanding support.  Thanks again, and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Alex
