Itamar, I still haven’t had a response from Ido but find attached the draft programme as we discussed. The majority of the programme as last year with some serials removed to control length of day. Decision required for Thursday afternoon whether a repeat visit to Beersheva University for Cyber/desert is possible/suitable. I’ve also attached the list of members and staff for reference and subsequent entry clearance.

 

Some more detail to be discussed/agreed on admin such as availability of lunches or suitable venues to book lunch particularly for Monday/Tuesday. Wed assumed to be lunch at NDC, Thursday in Kibbutz. I’d appreciate your recommendations to avoid too many disappointing packed lunches.
