Just following up with an email:

The group expects to arrive from Amman on 31 MAR 19, and depart on 4 APR 19 after 1700. 

The NWC Commandant, BGen Chad Manske, is going to join the trip.  So it'll be BGen, a USAID faculty member, the Commandant, and nine students.

Most of the students have a very security-focused research project in mind, and several are focused on Israel's challenges to its north in particular so that will be a focus area for travel.
