As promised, I have attached the draft of the Europe Tour Booklet (it follows a similar format to last year's). It is as far as I can take it (at the minute) as we wait on confirmation of the programme, including timings and speakers etc.

Once these are confirmed, we should be able to: add the Biographical notes and nominate students to welcome/thank the speakers (and present the gifts).  In conjunction with Yoni, you may also wish to nominate a duty student for each day?  Either way, I know I speak for the rest of the International students that we are keen to play our part and get involved.

Once we have the details, I will format the booklet, but at this stage it gives Ido and the team a chance to start translating the material once you are content. 

For ease of reference I have tried to keep the information in chronological order and have included some visit information on London (given we probably don't have time to give a presentation).  All the material is open source, hence there should not be a problem with classification.

Ido - once you have the remaining details please let me know.  It would also be good to print the booklet in colour when finished, if that's possible?
