Countinuing our discussion from early January, we were hoping on visiting on Monday, the 17th of June, from 08:30-13:00.
The group will be made out of 55 people (42 students and 13 staff).
If possible, we were hoping to have a similar outline as the group had last year:
- Introduction of the Institute,
- The US forigen policy in the Middel East - a panel
discussion / main speaker and Q&A (an hour and 15 minuts)
- brake
- US foregin policy in the global areana - headings and challenges of the Trump administration (one hour).
- brake
- Lebanon, Syria, Iran - US policy towards the Axis states.
- Lunch
As discussed during our meeting, we would highly appreciate it if we could meet reserchers from the
Washington Institute (such as Dennis Ross or David Makovsky) along side reserchers from other institutes (possibly Aaron David Miller or Eliot Cohen). If she is available, it would be our honor to meet Dr. Ghaddar as well.
