RATE INFORMATION

§  Taxes are 14.75% plus $3.50 occupancy tax per room, per night (not included in above rate) or $5.50 per room, per night for suites (N/A – group is tax exempt)

§  Porterage: $19.28 round trip/per person

*If there are 10 or more rooms in the room block that will be charged to the master account, a mandatory porterage charge, currently $19.28 round trip per person (plus all applicable taxes), will be assessed per person for all guests arriving and/or departing on a common date(s). The mandatory porterage charge is paid in its entirety to employees who are available for the services. Porterage fees are subject to change consistent with industry-wide negotiated increases.*

Just wanted to let you know I’ve already begun working on this lead. The Sales Manager who is my extension at the Marriott New York East Side is still on holiday PTO until tomorrow.  So, looks like we will hear from her some time tomorrow or maybe Monday.  Is that okay?

Thank you for letting me know about the delegation.  Just to clarify, the hotel you want for the delegation is the New York East Side?  And you do not want any other options?

How are you? Hope you had a great Christmas!

There is a big delegation of high ranked officer that will arrive to NYC in June.

As a preparation for this visit,  three officers are coming in January to check the hotel for June, so whatever hotel we will choose for June they will sleep in on January.

These are all the details:

3 single rooms Between January 15^th to 17^th  - for the preparation visit

19 single rooms + 21 double (two beds) rooms Between June 19^th to 24^th

It will be great if you have availability for us and also what will be the rate for each visit (the one in January and in June) in the Hotel NYC MARRIOTT EAST SIDE.
