My apologies for my delayed response, I was TDY for a bit.

 

I would love to get in touch with you and your boss (maybe a secure VTC (Seagull) would be best) to discuss possibilities.

We had a roadmap for cooperation but that was put on some sort of hold, since things shifted in the focus – we feel like we have a lot to work together on and would love to increase the cooperation (quality and quantity) between our organizations.

How are you?

 

We were in touch a while back in regards to the he 2018 International Concept Development and Experimentation Conference, which we were unable to attend.

 

For the past couple of years we were working together with the office of irregular warfare (Mr. Dave Stephenson)  on wargaming and similar topics, but since that office is closing, we are looking for new avenues for cooperation with the J7  - wargames, concepts, doctrine and etc.
