Dear Elizabeth,

I have had a request from the UK’s Defence Concepts and Doctrine Centre to engage with the IDF’s lead on Multi Dimensional Operations concepts. I understand that this is an area the BG Meir Finkel is leading on for the IDF.

I know that BG Finkel is due to travel to the UK on 20th February to speak at the UK’s Higher Command and Staff Course at the Defence Academy, as he did last year. Would it be possible to investigate whether he could also meet with our lead on Multi Dimensional Operations, Air Commodore Phil Lester during the same visit? Air Commodore Lester works at the Defence Concepts and Doctrine Centre which is in the same base as the Defence Academy.

I’d be happy to deal directly with the Dado Centre if you are content.
