Good afternoon! It is not the same as a 86SFS Form 11 is required for access to Ramstein. Team is approved for Ramstein and WPC per Ramstein visitor control center POC. Please see response below from POC:

 

Sir,

 

We will have passes ready for them on Sunday, they can pick it up on Sunday (0600-2200 hrs), but our passes are only valid for KMC-Air Force access. For ROB access, you would have to come in contact with the Pulaski Pass Office via E-Mail usarmy.rheinland-pfalz.id-europe.mbx.iacs-kaiserslautern@mail.mil or phone DSN:493-4020.

It is probably my confusion  but double checking ,  is the access pass for both ROB and ramstain  the same. I read another correspondent about the visitor center and got confused
