My name is CPT (P) Ido Soceanu and I am the Head of the International Fellowship and Cooperation Desk at the Israel National Defense College and IDF colleges.

The National Defense College serves as the top training program for senior officials. The course students are comprised of high ranking officials from the public and defense sector of Israel including senior military officials from the IDF as well as international officers (from the United States, Germany, Italy etc.) and teaches national defense and strategic studies. 

As part of the course we will be traveling to EU HQ and NATO HQ during the month of March in order to learn more about these institutions. 

 

We were hoping the have the opportunity to host you at the INDC and to have you speak to the students on the role of the EU in the International arena and in particular its role in the global economy, policy and defense. 

If possible, we would like to have you come for the talk on March 14th between 15:15-16:15 if it is of convenience for you.
