Excellent. Want to meet as soon as tomorrow or later this week/next week? I’ll give a chance for Or to join us, so he has situational awareness on what’s going on.
I can start with sharing USCENTCOM’s perspective on IERs as we wait for policy to catch up.
When you said resign the BMD portion, I assume you mean the CSOP/CTSOP? The short answer is yes, eventually, but not at this upcoming CCIB that I’m aware of.
Longer answer: From what I know, all the CSOPs/CTSOPs will have to be updated because USEUCOM and USCENTCOM are completely different organizations. Things need to be updated with the proper processes, locations, etc that are relevant to USCENTCOM. I think we will have to hear from both our leadership as to what the plan is for that. I have a few more details on Seagull of what may dictate the timeline.

Hi Jonathan,
Let's coordinate a Seagull call / vtc. I'd like to understand the scope of this IER as you see it so we can connect the relevant POCs.
I'm facilitating the the air force portion and am working on the IER for ABTs which I'll be able to share after policy approval by senior leadership.
Is there a need to resign the BMD portion as well?

I work for USCENTCOM J3-J36, and I was part of the US team that attended the
CCIB. 'Trip' passed your NIPR email to me. I need help to start the
Information Exchange Requirements (IER) process for the IDF to be
interoperable with CENTCOM and to make the transition from USEUCOM to
USCENTCOM as smooth as possible.
Maj Or Karasin is CC'd, because he is the IDF LNO that works alongside us in
Tampa at USCENTCOM HQ. He is also trying to help USCENTCOM find the right
POCs for this.
During the previous CCIB, we (Col O'Neil, Mike Friel, Phil Rynn, and myself)
brought up IERs, and I've been trying to work with the IDF J6 (the POC's
given to us to work on IERs) since January to get on someone's schedule to
discuss IERs. We can have the IER discussion either looking at Link 16 as a
whole or start with individual operations. Whatever is easier to get the
conversation started. Either way, the process will be the same.
I understand you're extremely busy, but I'd like to have a conversation with
you about this. We can move to a higher classification to talk in more
