Dear colleagues,

Please find attached the Invitation Letter for the upcoming event which will be conducted in rabat/Morocco, 16-20 March 2020.

You are kindly requested:

· To solve any issue with the possession of VISA. The possession of VISA is an individual responsibility. We can send a VISA Support Letter to the Embassy of Morocco in the country that you will indicate to us.

· To inform us about any travel restriction to reach Morocco. For example, some countries are not allowed to travel through the SCHENGEN area without having a SCHENGEN VISA.

· To send us the desired flight itinerary taking into consideration all travel restrictions.

· To send us as soon as possible the necessary documents so that NATO Travel Office is able to find as many as possible available flights.

· To take into account that the last day that NATO Travel Office will book and purchase flight tickets by Tuesday 10 March 2020 COB (Close of Business, local time 15:00).

· After the aforementioned date to buy by yourselves the tickets and NATO will reimburse you after he event. Please take into account that NATO reimburses only Economy Class seats and not Business Class.
