ניר מצא פתרון יצירתי ביחד עם השותף
המטוס יפרק מחר עי קבלן , השגרירות תתאם הובלה, פריקה בחצור תבוצע עי הצוות של בינוי שותף שנמצא כבר ככה שם (וגם מידי פעם פורק ציוד בינוי שהוא מזמין).
הדבר היחיד שלא נמצא לו פתרון הוא אבטחה , ניר וחביביאן תאמו צוות למחר. אבי מטפל במענה של רכב עבורם.
ניר יתאם עם אילן כמובן את ההגעה של הצוות .
להבנתי הפעילות הזאת היא קדם תרגיל ולא נכנסת תחת הפעילות הכוללת של התרגיל
אבל כן נכון יהיה להגיד מאיזה שלב מתחיל התרגיל רשמית

התחיל הבוקר עם מידע מפתיע על נחיתת מטוס עם ציוד תקשורת לחצור, גדל לציוד שמצריך ליווי
ללא שום שיח מקדים בין הצדדים.
נכון לדרוש מהם (בכל הרמות) למרות ובגלל העומס שנוצר להם בשבוע האחרון לבצע סנכרון פעילות מלא בצד שלהם ואז לתאם את זה עם הצד שלנו

I just got a notice that this cargo is classified.
In this case storing this cargo in BGIA is not an option.
Since there is no option to release this cargo today either, it means we will not be able to receive it.
Please don't send this cargo today. If it will be sent, it will stay on the aircraft!

In order to do that, we need:
1. Customs clearance

Why did no one sent us the shipment documents and I wasn’t aware of it just until Nir Yogev called me this morning?
As I mentioned before several times, without the shipment documents the CUSTOMS PROCESS CANNOT BE COMPLETED ON TIME.
I need urgently the:
DoD 1149 including $ value of the cargo
TCMD 1384
And the plane manifest
That applies for all the JC20 shipment that will land on each plane.
Currently the Israeli MOD cannot release those 6 pallets.
Please take care of it ASAP - I'm waiting for the documents.

We have not received any information about this flight in advance.
As you know, Megiddo is a reserve brigade and we need significant heads notice to recruit people for duty.
Ordering transportation also takes time, and it's not possible on such a short notice.
This is why we've sent you the attached movements excel sheet 3 weeks ago with a request to validate the movements.
It is my understanding that the offloading will be done by the handling agent on ground. I suggest that this cargo will be stores in BGIA until we can figure out how to take it and move it to s61.

It appears as though the comms equipment will arrive at BG this afternoon at 1650 Israel time. I was originally tracking tomorrow to be the arrival date.
I have people on site to receive. Would like to confirm arrangements to have gear transported from the airport to the site and receive any instruction or guidance to facilitate the process.

The following TCNs departed Stuttgart o/a 1600L 10 Jan by truck. TCMDs and hazdec attached for reference. I spoke with Mr. Mike James from Cape Forecasting who stated that the cargo should not be frustrated. There are already clearances for the cargo through to Tel Aviv. It is extremely important that this cargo meet the channel mission to Israel on 13 Jan. Thank you for your assistance.
