Benzi,
Here is a list of our airflow schedule for JC20.
Site 61:
- 6x C-130 missions (9 Feb (landed at BGIA due to Airfield Flooding), 10 Feb
(This mission is in question due to high winds in Germany, Dip Clearances
approved with change to BGIA), 16, 18, 19, & 20 Feb)
Ben Gurion:
- 1x MD11 (arrived on Sunday 9 Feb)
- 1x C-130 TRANSCOM Channel (Changed from 10 Feb to 11 Feb due to High Winds
in Germany)
- 2x Boeing 757's Passenger Missions on 17 & 18 Feb
- 1x Boeing 777 Passenger Mission on 25 Feb
- 1x C-130 CCC Main on 27 Feb
We need to know if we have to change the Dips on the C-130 going to Site 61.
The Dips have already been submitted to go to Site 61, but if we have to
change them to BGIA, we could possibly lose these missions due to Dip
Clearance timelines. We are scrounging for lift and if the dates have to
shift due to resubmitting dip clearances we could end up losing the missions
altogether. My recommendation is to still send the aircraft as planned to
go to Site 61 from 16 - 20 Feb so we don't lose the missions. Can you please
talk to the IAF.
We are also having an issue at Ben Gurion getting our CRG on the Airport to
work. I am being told that the Airport Authority will not allow our CRG team
into the airport with their rental cars and are requiring us to rent a bus.
The issue of our CRG not being able to take their vehicles into BGIA in
order to transport our team members, comm package, and equipment was not
brought up until now. If the IDF and Israel require a bus to transport our
team in and out of BGIA, then it should be an IDF issue to solve, because we
don't have the money allocated to pay for additional requirements.
Respectfully,
Matt
