Subject: Initial Meeting for Noah's Ark 2020
Dear respected colleagues,
In preparation for the upcoming Noah’s Ark annual conference set for the first week of June, we are assembling a preparatory meeting for February 5th, 10 AM, at Camp Aviv.
This meeting’s purpose is to present this year’s event, pin the dates on the calendar and make sure all participating countries are up-to-date on the progress.
The meeting shouldn’t take longer than 45 minutes. Please make sure to come with contact information of your planners or a list of who will be coming approximately.
At your earliest convenience, please notify whether you or your representative will be able to attend this meeting and who the representative will be.
