I hope you are well? I’m not sure if you will be working, but I’m trying to set up INDC as a supplier on our system so that I can pay the Mabal bill (see attached) for Jim’s course as London have asked me to process this end.

 

I have to submit all the paperwork but unfortunately not everything I need is on the invoice attached. Please could you do me a really big favour and send me a letter on headed paper with the following:

·         Full bank details (as some are missing from the invoice) – Please include all the details already provided on the invoice, plus account holder name, IBAN and branch name

·         Please can you clarify if the name of the account is for INDC for IMOD?

·         Full Address of INDC (or the IMOD address if the account is in the name of IMOD)
