Dear Captain Soziano -- Good afternoon from Washington, DC.  I'm Professor Adam Oler from National War College.  I was referred to you this morning by friend and colleague, Dr. Josh Krasna.  As background, I'm the faculty leader for a group of 9 U.S. students planning travel to Israel this spring, most likely during the last week of March and first week of April.   I led a similar trip in 2017, and we had the opportunity to work closely with INDC both in preparing for the trip, and while in Israel.  Among other activities, we were able to hold a seminar and joint faculty meeting on your campus, which the students found extremely informative.  We also met with a number of your students while on their U.S. trip later that spring.

If possible, I'd appreciate the chance to confer with you, and discuss potential coordination with our visit.  Our itinerary is wide open, as I hope to speak with you before locking anything in.
