I have just been updated that the extra guest staying with Mr. Baram will only be arriving on the 7^th, therefore the payment that should be taken separately from the guest will be 470.97.

Between the 8^th-10^th the guests also mentioned that they will not need breakfast, will that lower the cost?

Also, the rate you sent us in the confirmation per night comes to 156.99 inc. VAT – can I ask why is it that high? When seracing online the rates are lower per night.

 

Please confirm the changes and I’d appreciate if you could explain the nightly rate for this room.

As per your email below I can confirm the embassy will pay for the group from the 5^th March – 7^th March.

 

After the 7^th March the guest will pay for the room for bed and breakfast.

Just to confirm as we discussed – between the 5^th-7^th of March the embassy will pay for the one guest stay (293.98 GBP), between the 7^th-10^th the guest will pay at the hotel privately for these days and for the breakfast for the extra two initial days (20 GBP + 470.97 GBP = 490.97 GBP).
