Dear Haim,
No there is no need for you to do it through your kupat holim. We are taking care of the insurance for all the participants.
About the online check in, I will check you in to the flight later this week, and remember that you asked for an aisle seat. I’ll update you when I’ll do that.
Best,
Yael

Dear Yael,
Would it be easier if I do it through my kupat-holim?
Any news about the check in and the seat?
Thanks,
Haim

Dear Haim,
Concerning the travel insurance, we’ll reserve it through PassportCard, a card that you pick up at the airport before your flight. The office is located in terminal 3, Concourse D, opposite the King David Lounge.
Please let me know if you already have one?
If not, please send me the following information:
- Phone type
- Do you have any chronic disease, use medication, or were operated / hospitalized in the last 6 months
Thanks,
Yael
