This email is outside my lane as a contractor, but I feel it is important.

 

Attached you will see a foreign visit request (FVR).  This is what we all must complete anytime you all come to Germany.  They will only authorize 12 IDF members to visit Germany on an "official" status.  This is why you are only able to be issued 12 TAC cards for the PX and Commissary.

 

 

In the past, we have not enforced the 12 person rule, but it appears we can no longer do that.

 

This will affect future CPCs, MSEL evets, etc. 

 

You need to engage your DATT in Berlin and begin to negotiate an Israel-Germany bilateral agreement, SOFA, whatever to allow you all to have more than 12 people in the country at any one time.  Better sooner than later being that JC22 MSEL is coming up in June.
