Can we change the date for the BIES to the first week of May?

 

 

 

Gents,

 

I was tracking 18-19 MAY as tentative dates for next BIES.

 

With that said – if we wanted a SVTC touchpoint, I am sure we can come together on schedules to find an hour for M3, H3 and Z2.

 

When does Z2 transition begin?   Has his replacement been identified?

Hey Benzi,

 

Overall, we would like to sign the minutes over email/scans (any final tweaks could be discussed at the 1*, but I think we’re good). As for a 3*, we’re looking for the same timeline that we briefed in Dec. I'm primarily planning backwards off of the DPAG (Jun) and stacking our engagements keeping the heavy planning efforts and leadership changeover in mind -- here's what I am thinking:

 

• 03MAR21 – 1* SG
• 24-25MAR21 – CPC
• APR – 1* SG
• APR/MAY 21 – 3* BIES
• MAY21 – DV visit to ISR (T)
• MAY21 – 1* SG
• JUN21 – DPAG
• JUN21 – supplementary 3* BIES (if needed as an intro for the new DCHOD)

 

There might be a couple other synchs, but I want to make sure that our we have right cadence for the next several months. Thoughts?
