I spoke with BG Niv Yesterday, the Head of the “Shiluach” Division (Combat Methods and Innovation) at the J8.

 

We want to start engaging with the Futures Command on some ideas exchange and etc… can we start an UNCLASS dialogue with them? I would love to get a POC and begin this process.

 

I thought maybe the CCDC or the Futures and Concepts Center will be the right place to start
