I think we will look at the right end of the first week of September to do a a "tri-lateral" EC-CC-IDF engagement, with the spouses... how does that sound?

Since MG Howard (can you send us his bio?) is new to the Job we can do a one-day dedicated program for him a Israel orientation.

Shahar,

My boss COL Sheffield talked to our incoming J3, MG Howard, today via VTC.
He told MG Howard that he has to travel to Israel as soon as possible after
taking over as the J3. 

MG Howard arrives in early June and will take most of June / July to settle
in. I suggest we look at August and September as a window of opportunity,
September would be safest. This will make sure he is smart before our fall
exercise and develops rapport with H2 right away. I will talk to our front
office to ensure that they know to block 3-4 days for the event.

Please avoid 28 July to 8 August (my leave...I know, I am selfish) and 30
August - 2 September (US Labor Day).

I will get back to you ASAP when I have some answers from the front office.

Let's do a +1 only. No need for the +2 that we had last time. Griz will be
out of the front office in early summer. Jonathan and other teammates may
travel, but will not necessarily need to be on the J3 itinerary.
