Dear Benzi, 

I am colonel Catalin Gasca, the Defense Attache of Romanian Embassy in the the State of Israel.

I would like to inform you that following your presentation from January, Romania intends to participate in the Military Operation Simulation Summit in 12-14 November 2019.

As for now, the summit be attended by the commander of the National Military Training Center together with a specialist in operation simmulation.
