Our one and only question - participants for the CDC JC20 and FPC JF19:)

I understand that there will be small groups participating CDC. 

We would like to understand which US reps will come so we can match the Israeli representatives as well. And of course arrange all the logistics accordingly.

For FPC, will there be any change from MPC participants? Or should we use the last list (and additions that were in real time during MPC)?
