We’ve had something come up operationally that requires the J3 to remain in the HQ for the next few weeks.   Sorry, can’t be more specific.  Just know that he didn’t make the decision to cancel lightly.  And isn’t happy that he has to cancel.

I'm terribly sorry, we have to cancel the visit next week.

We would like to still accept the invitation to visit, if possible may we
try for Mid-Feberuary?  Completely understand if that's not an option.
