Gents,

As I expected, both of our DJ3s will be slammed stepping up to fulfill the
J3 role. Therefore we will not send a representative to the J3 visit this
week. Believe me, this is something we all regret here in the EPOC. This
visit was a big deal.

The J3 is adamant that he make it to Israel in January. His initial proposal
was to do it in parallel with the DCOM's visit, but not necessarily together
with the DCOM. That would be on/around 17/18 January. If that is feasible,
let me know and I will see if Griz can lock it in.

We can talk tomorrow to follow through on what the J3s discussed regarding
reports between the JOCs.
