We had some last minute questions regarding H3’s visit:

1. Could you please send the license plate number for H3’s vehicle for entry clearances?

2. Are there any changes regarding the participants list?

3. We would like to publicize the visit on social media. Could you discuss with the relevant parties from your side if it would be alright?

All,

      I have another update to the plan based on Ambassador Friedman’s availability and the need for he and H3 to have an introductory meeting.  We will need to have H3 in the embassy on Thursday morning the 13th until about 0930.  Which means that we can make H3 available earlier on the 12th starting at about 1000 and then as mentioned at about 0930 on the 13th.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  One last item is that the current travel plan for H3 and his delegation has them departing for Germany on the 14th at 0800, so an earlier dinner and end to the evening on the 13th would be welcomed.

Yanir et al,

       The team in USAFE is keeping us on our toes!  Based on the final schedule for W4’s travel, H3 is now cleared to travel the afternoon/evening on the 11th of December to be in Israel that night.  They are flying commercial and will update us with the flight info as soon as it is booked.  We still need some time in the Embassy on Wednesday morning, but after about 1200 we could bring him to a location of your choice (please let us know if it includes lunch, so we can adjust.)  Please reflow the program as required and include the CADWG elements in the plan again as his office highlighted the need for some CADWG engagement.  Please let me know what questions you have, but this should make the office calls and the trip to the North a little easier to manage.
