After closing the MPC meeting,  there are a few open issues and sensitive issues , that both sides should be aware of:

1.Purchase tables & chairs for EOC- we didn't got an answer if you need us to buy or not.

In 2 weeks from now it will be to late..

 

2. Communication- we didn't got an answer if you approve the edition  of WiFi and the cost of communication in the EOC. This also  has to be decide in the next 2 weeks.

 

3. Medical team and supply- you decided not to bring. Meaning – you rely on the base clinic.

 

4. Pumping the grey water and the sewerage- you decide you use your own contract, although it is not simulate real world. Also, as I understand from alex, you going to do 1 pumping a day, because of the short number of people, despite all the problem we had with this' last exercise.

 

5. Portable toilet- you want us to order 8 units total.

 

6. Backup generator for Camp Cobra- you decide not to order one this time, although all the power outages we had in every exercise till now.

 

7. movements- we are waiting for information from you guys, so we will know what to order.

 

8. Fuel-- you decide you use your own contract.

 

9. Laundry – you decide you are not going to use laundry service during the exercise.

 

So..

Correct me if I'm wrong, and let me know what you decide regard to the open issues.
