Is this planning effort still a go in Tampa? I understand that you all had planners ready to travel as early as yesterday, is that the same effort that we are meeting for on 6 Jan or is that a different planning effort?
Hope you all are well, I am leading our Crisis Action Team so I am getting pulled in many different directions, will try and synchronize with you all on SeaGull today. Let me know what would be a good time.

I have recived you as our POC for the workgroup this upcoming Monday (Jan 6 th) and I know that LTC Shoshana had talked with you earlier this morning.
Following that , Our POC in the group is MAJ BAR (cc-ed) and I will be coordinating between the Israeli group and you if needed.
I kindly ask if you have any agenda in mind ( giving the fact that you must be extremely busy these days) so we can refer too.
In addition to that , if we can to a short seagull call on Thursday that would be great, there is woun matter I wish to discuss with u beforhand.
