Erez,
We are looking at the numbers to ensure we are ordering the correct number of meals. I know these are well below historical norms, however we have gone to great pains to count heads and account for the Life Support Requirements. I have looked at Matan’s numbers and while I do have many folks who will be on the site, many are contractors and Individuals who will not be authorized to eat in the DFAC which skews the numbers. I will continue to evaluate and we are considering adding to the request. But I feel that right now we need to wait for some of the dust to settle from world events. We should know more in the next week or so.
Alex

Alex,
Hope this email finds you well,
Due to the cancellation of the FPC it is very important to double check the numbers regarding the food contract,
I prefer to have more meals than less.
Looking at the last exercise food ACSA, something is wrong. The dramatic difference in the numbes doesn't make any sense.
I am asking you to please refer to the last exercise and compare.
If you need some data, please feel free to ask.

Hey Alex
Hope you had a great holiday
Did you get a chance to review my comments regarding the meals count in the ACSA? I understand the FPC has been cancelled so we would have to complete this over emails
Thanks

Hello all
According to our count, Alex you have around 700 people at site 61?
If so, you have inserted 6900 meals and it's only enough for around 10 days.
Did you count landing and prep days and post exercise days until everyone is leaving? We are talking about around 5-6 weeks and 10 days of meals will not suffice.
Please help us clarify the calculation of meals for USAFE people
Thanks

Matan,
Good morning. I can only account and speak for the portion of the meals that USAREUR has funded. You have the SOR that accompanied the ACSA Order, that is what USAREUR can provide.

Hey Alex, I was referring to the total amount of meals you and Mike put together in all the ACSAs.
The contract we did for JC20 is exactly the same we did in JC18
We don't want to find ourselves short of meals during the exercise.
Thanks

Matan,
First the order is half of the total order, as I believe that Mike Huff has food on his ACSA for Site 61 which should be more than my order. I’m fairly certain that we have the totals of who is coming. From what I am tracking I don’t believe that it is larger than 18. I think it is about the same size and we ordered way too much food.

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] JC 20 meals
Hey all
We were going through the ACSAs and noticed your total meals count is too low for the contract we have ordered.
This is strange to us as we have ordered 40K meals, like in JC18. This time the exercise is even bigger in terms of manpower.
Can you please run through your manpower data and make sure it's adjusted accordingly? Or let us know what are we missing.
Attaching old JC18 ACSA and invoice to show number of meals that were paid for.
Thank you
