Here is what I have received in my request from NSO. I didn’t receive any syllabi but I hope this helps.

While there is a course for OF-5s called the NATO Senior Officer Policy Course, unfortunately it is classified NATO Secret and is currently strictly for NATO only and is not open to IDF. Hence I cannot provide an outline of the course material. However there is a course that may provide the info required. The NATO European Security Cooperation Course at (M5-41/ACT.157) is a 2 week course which sits in for most of the N5-31 less classified lectures which may be a good option. The course is open to OF-1 to OF-5 and the full course description is available on the NSO website using the following link:

Although both 2020 serials are full NSO always have returns and should be able to assist with any of the following 2 course serials:

M5-41-A-20 27 Jan-7 Feb 20.

M5-41-B-20 7-18 Sep 20.

There are other NSO courses available to OF-5 but are discipline specific eg Logistics so dependent on the background of the student there may be other courses of interest and recommend reading the Academic Portfolio for a quick overview of courses available by Dept – see below link:
