I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dennis Hernandez and I am glad to introduce myself as your new point of contact for the Embassy of Israel and for your VIP requests. I work closely with our good friend Jamal and he has forwarded me your group request for your 3 delegates coming January 13^th for 2 nights to site inspect hotels for consideration of the big delegation of high ranking officers arriving to DC June 16 for 3 nights.

 

I will send you an official proposal with the rates below; however in the interim I can offer the following rates:

 

Arrive: Sunday,  January 13^th  2019  - Departure: Tuesday, January 15^th  2019

·         3 Single sleeping rooms:               $169 per room per night that includes a $15 food & beverage credit per room per day & Wi-Fi to be used in The Market or in The Sally our new restaurant & bar

·         I can upgrade the 3 rooms arriving in January and do a tour of the rooms with them upon arrival in hopes of winning their vote of confidence for the group to stay with our newly renovated hotel.

 

 

Arrive: Sunday,  June 16^th  2019  - Departure: Wednesday, June 19^th  2019

·         19 Single sleeping rooms:             $220 per room per night that includes a $15 food & beverage credit per room per day & Wi-Fi  to be used in The Market or in The Sally our new restaurant & bar

·         21 Double sleeping rooms:          $220 per room per night that includes a $15 food & beverage credit per room per day & Wi-Fi  to be used in The Market or in The Sally our new restaurant & bar  (please note the F&B credit is per room not per person per night)

 

 

 

Mrs. Raz Banai, please let me know what else I can do to confirm this group to stay with the Fairfax at Embassy Row in June and I would also like to know what other hotels you are considering.

There is a big delegation of high ranked officer that will arrive to DC in June.

 

As a preparation for this visit,  three officers are coming in January to check the hotel for June, so whatever hotel we will choose for June they will sleep in on January.

 

These are all the details:

 

3 single rooms Between January 13^th to 15^th  - for the preparation visit

 

19 single rooms + 21 double (two beds) rooms Between June 16^th to 19^th -

 

It will be great if you have availability for us and also what will be the rate for each visit (the one in January and in June).
