We spoke last during the Romanian armed forces day reception and I would like to apologize for the late response.

 

Allow me to introduce myself once again, my name is CPT (P) Ido Soceanu and I'm the Head of the International Fellowship and Cooperation Desk over at the IDF Military Colleges.

 

As we discussed during the reception, I've spoken to the head of our NCO School and he was thrilled with the idea of having a joint dialog with yourself and the top NCO's from each service that are stationed at the DAO.

 

He mentioned that his main points of intrest are learning the leadership role of the NCO in the US Military, how do you foster leadership skills in senior NCO's (and if each service has courses on it) and building the image of the NCO in the units particularly and in the military in general.

 

would it be possible to arrange such a meeting? please let me know if I can assist with anything. I'll be more than happy to invite you over to our colleges prior in order to explain a little more about the what we do here.
