We spoke last during the Romanian armed forces day reception and I would like to apologize for the late response.

I've spoken to the head of our NCO School and he was thrilled with the opportunity of having a joint dialog with yourself and the top NCO's from each service that are stationed at the DAO.

If possible he would like to to have a conversation on the leadership role of the NCO in the US military, how do you foster leadership skills in senior NCO's (and if each service has courses on it),  building the image of the NCO in a unit particularly and in the military in general.
