I’m off to Australia on the 19^th November and only return on the 6^th December which is a great pity. I suggest it would be a good idea to alert me when you are next thinking of coming to London so that we could arrange a date that would benefit both of us.

Thanks for your prompt response. Also, thank you for your kind offer, however we'll be coming as part of a larger visit, and will be set with hotel and everything already.

 

We will be 3-4 people in total probably. I'll be more specific as our visit gets closer.
