Thanks for your prompt response. Also, thank you for your kind offer, however we'll be coming as part of a larger visit, and will be set with hotel and everything already.

We will be 3-4 people in total probably. I'll be more specific as our visit gets closer.

I believe we'll have couple of hours in our itinerary to meet with you that day. I'll let you know as soon as possible what's the exact time window we'll have.
