Brigadier John Ridge, the UK’s commander of joint force operations (small scale contingency) would like to visit Israel 11th December before travelling to Jordan early on the 13th December.  He commands the HQ which participates in Noahs Ark etc and his HQ is part of the UK’s Permanent Joint Headquarters.

 

He visited a year ago as he started the job and had a really useful meeting with BG Maisel.  This time would it be possible for him to meet with J3 international relations on the morning of the 11th December to get an update on your perspective on contingency planning and deconfliction.  If someone from J5 would also like to meet with him, of course that would be really welcome.

 

SSgt Andrew Porte is leading on coordinating the visit so please could you liaise directly with him on the details.
