Dear Rameez,
I would like to meet on August 1 at 1100 a.m. at the College, for an hour or so.
I hope some of my colleagues will be joining us as well.
Please contact me on arrival in Israel, and I will give you directions to the College. Where will you be coming from?
I would also be happy to host you for lunch in our mess (but don't get your hopes too high!).
Looking forward to seeing you.
Josh

Josh,
August 1 would be great. Any time is fine with me--please do let me know what time is convenient for you and where I should come.
I will definitely bring syllabi and as well as some other course materials, and I look forward to trading curriculum thoughts with you. Would you like anything else from the US?
By the way, Mike Rupert was really pleased to hear from you and sends his regards. Andrew Novo is in Cyprus at the moment, but I will convey your good wishes when next I see him.
Best,
Rameez
