Can you help me understand the briefs we are being asked to do:

   0945-1030: EX RTC (US)  - not sure what RTC is
   1030-1115: CCC authorities (US) - I assume this is from our lawyer?
   1200-1300: Battle Rhythm and Products (joint) - what do you need from my side?

We have a lot of new people, including myself, and there will be a lack of knowledge on what is expected - hence the full two days of academics before starting.

From what we know-

Monday is for US/IS only academics
Tuesday a com boned academics
Wednesday - exercise starts
Monday - we see u (hopefully) at JSMC K.

Did that change?

We have a LOT of work to do, getting the briefings in order (they haven’t been revised in years!).

No problem about the 1 hr lunch. Just wanted to make sure you’re good with the topics you’re side is briefing. I’ll be available today (on my cell) and we can also chat Monday .

   Seth is out.  He is injured, and been in the hospital all week.  Uncertain when or if he'll make it to JF21.
   
   We will need at least an hour for lunch based on where we are working and the nearest food source.
   
   I am not sure what you previously discussed with him, but my intent was to use Tuesday for US only Academics and prep for the Exercise, then do combined academics on Wednesday.  Is that possible for you?  If not, then I can reverse the two days and use Tuesday for combined Academics and Wednesday for us to make sure our CSOPs, Comm Cards, Briefings, etc are all good to go for Thursday's start.
