Benzi,

I know you all have purchased plane tickets.  However, the US Military
Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) has yet to approve the exception to policy
(ETP) for the base in Kaiserslautern. 

I really need a copy of the  Israel-German ETP so I can push the Military
ETP.
