I would like to redirect your questions and further negotiations for the Liaison MOA with USCENTCOM to those individuals that have specific knowledge of the proposed agreement.

USCENTCOM has established their specific guidance on how their organization desires to negotiate Liaison agreements and we should respect this process.

 

Please allow me to introduce you to CDR Sean Purdy, who will be your POC on this effort.

I have also included additional personnel that will be able to provide further assistance, if needed.

The FLO agreement is with USCENTCOM.

No apologies are necessary, as I understand.

I am presently working from home, most of the time, so if you have a phone number that I can call you that is a local number for the Washington DC area I can arrange for a phone call.

 

As for obtaining the FLO agreement, the document provided to you should have been a word document.

Please advise me which U.S. organization you are negotiating with so I can ensure that they have provided the appropriate document.

 

As for the FLO process for the U.S. Defense forces, each DoD Component proposes a FLO agreement and submits it to our office.

I will then review it, to ensure it is meets International Agreements standards and we have our U.S. lawyers also conduct a review.

Upon conclusion, we provide the U.S. Component with the document so that they can commence with the negotiations.
