Hello everyone, 

Several references regarding the JF21:

1. We still prefer to execute JF21 in the physical form

but in the physical form we are unable to meet all 5 required conditions that you mentioned.

This topic will be examined by our DJ7, BG Avi Gil this Sunday (27.12)

2. We would like to add another medical term for the JF21 in Israel, which is that all participants (IS AND US) will arrive in Israel after receiving at least one vaccine against COVID-19 that's because of the newly discovered mutation

3. Another issue that will come up for examination by BG Gil is the possibility that our CCC representatives will not be sent to Ramstein if the exercise takes place virtually.

4. In addition, our last day summary offer to the JF21 (11.2) will be as follows:

0800-1000: IS/US only summary

1000-1200: Joint summary

1200-1400:  raise a toast , greetings and a festive meal

Gentlemen,

As of now, the plan it to still execute JF21 by sending a portion of the JTF-I
/ CCC to Israel and maintaining the exercise control group at Grafenwohr. If
it is determined that COVID-19 will not allow for the deployment to Israel, we
will execute JF21 from Germany.

Coordination may be possible to allow IDF CCC members to Ramstein and IDF
control group members to Grafenwohr.  However, the following conditions must
be met without exception:

1. Negative COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to arrival
2. 5-day quarantine upon arrival to Germany (potentially will change - will
keep you updated)
3. Negative COViD-19 test after quarantine period
3. Random testing during the exercise
Note:  Exercise Control Group at Grafenwohr will not have access to main post
(no commissary; no PX privileges)
4. MilAir only

This plan may change, but wanted to provide you with the latest information
for your planning purposes.
