The way we want to do it it’s have the front office on the first and last meetings. 
All the planning ONLY with the DAO. 
We think it’s important to have all stakeholders in the first (and final) meeting so we are all in the same page with the commanders (on both sides) intent.

I have lead. As we do with every other visit by every other DV to the country, coordinate through the DAO. We are already working with CENTCOM. DAO will work directly with you for visit related issues.

Sorry for the slow response/delay tactics; I’m trying to get myself caught up on what’s going on. It looks like our travel planners have already worked out most of the schedule. The timeline is pretty tight (~ 3-4 hours on deck). I think office calls w/CHOD and MOD are set, but if it’s possible to get some time w/MOSSAD Dir that would be helpful.

On Thursday M4 mentioned a possible visit to the aor in the near future, and a possible stop by us. 

Is something we can start planning? What dates do you have in mind? 

We would accommodate pretty much anything - and have flexibility with COVID. So basically we can do a quick stop in and AFB (like the CJS did in the summer) or an actual overnight (or more) layover, like the CJS will do in two weeks.
