My name is Wadi Yakhour and I am the Chief of Staff for the Selective Service System and Director Donald Benton.  Director Benton extends his personal thanks to BG Bengo for the invitation and we are currently working on replying with our official response.  The Director is enthusiastic to learn more about the successes of the Israeli Defense Force and the procedures that they use.  I will  begin planning the appropriate logistics for the Director’s trip, what is the best time of year that would be the most accommodating to BG Bengo?
