Looking at the calendar, P2, CoS and DCOM will be in the week of 9 Dec.

For clarity…is there a reason for the shift?  Are you sure you want to do that and then have us come visit you the next week?

I just tried to call you.  Yesterday I was notified that DCOM is not available the days Maj Gen Haliva is here.  I am awaiting notification on the availability for SOCOM and SOCCENT CMDR as well.   I do not know what the availability of P2, CC DCOM, SOCCENT CMDR and SOCOM DMDR are for the days in December.   I will be down range from the end of Nov to mid December so unfortunately we would have to identified another AO to re-engage with you guys.

I have a meeting with P2 tomorrow to discuss details of the visit (unless the visit is postponed). 

I have to brief the CoS of CENTCOM regarding this visit.  Could you get pass me the following information from your party?

1.       Where are you staying off base?

2.       How many vehicles have you rented?

3.       What are the arriving and departing fl numbers?

4.       Is Col Sariel joining Maj Gen Haliva?

I would like to touch base with you over S-VTC and get a specific list of topics MG Haliva would like to discuss at the round table J2/J3/J5/J7 or their deputies.
